Rainbow Retreat

Get ready for the 11th Annual CT Rainbow Retreat!

On Friday Oct 1 – Sunday Oct 3 we will be heading off to Camp Hazen in Chester, CT! Please let me know if you have any ideas for workshops or classes you would like to teach or have someone else facilitate. Volunteers & suggestions are always needed, even if you can only come for a few hours Saturday morning or afternoon, we’d love to have as much adult help and support as possible.

On this page you will find the registration form, Saturday-only registration form, & mandatory Camp Hazen Health/Emergency form, packing list, Camp Hazen map, and weekend itinerary. I will have hard copies of all forms with me at the first visitation on September 14. Forms can also be submitted to me via email.

PLEASE BE SURE TO INFORM PARENTS, drop off will begin at 5pm on Friday, Friday dinner is at 6:30pm, Pick up will be at 9am on Sunday.

The full weekend is $120 and includes 5 meals + snacks, retreat T-shirt, 2 night’s lodging & all activities and workshops/classes.

For those coming for the full day on Saturday only, $80 will provide 3 meals + snacks, T-shirt, & all activities and workshops/classes.

If you wish to order any additional T-shirts, they are $15 each, please contact me directly for this & be sure to indicate size.

All forms & deposits are due to me at the First Visitation on September 18, but can also be mailed / emailed to me by that date.

If someone from your assembly cannot get their registration to me by the deadline, I still need to know that they are coming & their t-shirt size because the camp needs a head count & shirts need to be ordered ASAP. I cannot guarantee that there will be shirts for those that miss the deadlines. PLEASE email me names & sizes even if you are snail-mailing payments & forms and they may not get to me by Sept 18.

My mailing address is on the bottom of the registration form if anyone needs to send me their forms / deposits in the mail, feel free to call / text / email me with any questions or concerns.

Thanks & Take Care,

Staci
